My career began with a major real estate franchise, where I achieved sales that saw me ranked in their top 15% nationally. Under most conventional real estate agency systems, people selling their homes are recruited into offices of competing sales people, not all of whom are experienced in negotiation or even own property themselves, yet they are entrusted with the sales negotiation on your most valued asset- your home. These agents carry large numbers of listings to meet office budgets, impossible to manage properly. The result is that their service to you & their focus on your property’s sale suffers. Every owner would prefer that the listing agent handles their sale, as they best know the property. In conventional offices more often than not, it’s someone other than the listing agent who negotiates the sale of your home. How can that be in your best interest?
For this reason, BW Property Consultants was established, to better the level of service in an industry where too often clients become just another listing, lost within the multitude of houses real estate offices of today carry.
